END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Licensee,” “you”) and
Toolshed Press operating as Toolshed Press (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing,
downloading, or using any Toolshed Press product (the “Product”), you agree to this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for
   your personal use or use within a single business you own or are employed by, subject to the
   tier purchased:

• Solo License: use by one individual, on personal devices, for the licensee’s own work.
  May not be shared with colleagues, teams, or other agents.
• Team License (if purchased): use by up to the number of team members specified at
  purchase, within a single business entity.
• Brokerage / Unlimited License (if purchased): use by all licensed agents within a single
  brokerage or business entity specified at purchase.

1. Permitted Uses
   You may:

• Use the prompts, templates, and content to generate marketing materials,
  communications, and content for your own real estate business
• Edit and customize the prompts for your own use
• Generate unlimited outputs using the prompts in AI tools of your choice

1. Prohibited Uses
   You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, gift, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third
  party
• Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform, cloud drive accessible to others, AI
  training dataset, public repository, or community
• Repackage, rebrand, or sell the Product or any substantial portion of it as your own
• Use the Product to create a competing prompt pack, template library, or similar product
  for resale
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
• Use the Product for any unlawful purpose

1. Ownership
   All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Toolshed Press. This Agreement grants
   you a license to use, not ownership.
2. Compliance Disclaimer
   The Product, including prompts described as “fair housing compliant” or “fair housing safe,” is
   provided as a drafting aid only. Toolshed Press does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance
   advice. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all content generated using the Product before publishing or distributing it
• Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act, state real estate licensing rules, MLS
  regulations, advertising standards, and all other applicable laws
• Any consequences resulting from your use of generated content
  Toolshed Press makes no warranty that use of the Product will result in legally compliant
  output.

1. No Warranty
   The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but
   not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolshed Press is not liable for any damages arising
   from your use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
3. Termination
   This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement. Upon
   termination, you must delete all copies of the Product in your possession.
4. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA.
