Welcome to Toolshed Press. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
the Toolshed Press storefront, products, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”),
operated by Toolshed Press (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from us, you
agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Toolshed Press. By using the Services, you
   confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Products
   Toolshed Press sells digital products including ebooks, prompt packs, guides, and related
   materials. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. License to Use Digital Products
   When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
   use it for your personal or single-business use, subject to the End User License Agreement
   (EULA) included with each product. You do not own the product, and ownership of all
   intellectual property remains with Toolshed Press.
4. Payment
   Payments are processed through our platform partner, Whop, and third-party payment
   processors. All prices are in [USD] unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any
   applicable taxes.
5. Prohibited Uses
   You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any product
• Upload products to file-sharing sites, AI training datasets, or public repositories
• Modify products and present them as your own
• Use products for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any access or copy restrictions

   Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Real estate-related products,
   including prompts and templates, are provided as drafting aids only. They are not legal,
   financial, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring any content you
   generate or distribute complies with applicable laws including the Fair Housing Act, state real
   estate regulations, and advertising rules.
2. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolshed Press is not liable for any indirect,
   incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or
   products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
3. Intellectual Property
   All content, branding, products, and materials are owned by Toolshed Press and protected by
   copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your
   license to use purchased products may also be revoked.
5. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes
   constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
